The High Temperature Linear Guide is a stainless steel linear guide specifically engineered for high-temperature thermal environments. In such conditions, conventional linear guides commonly suffer from plastic retainer deformation, lubricant carbonization, and loss of preload.

Our High Temperature Linear Guide can operate continuously at temperatures up to 150°C, or withstand transient exposure up to 200°C, while maintaining stable performance and emitting zero outgassing.

Primary Application Areas: Semiconductor diffusion furnaces, vacuum deposition chambers, industrial oven automation, battery sintering lines, and heat treatment material handling systems.
