JSM is a leading international manufacturer and supplier of linear guides. Our 20,000m² self-owned factory has many advanced processing equipment, including ultra-precise, intelligent, multi-sensor 3-axis grinding machines and CNC precision machining centers. This advanced equipment enables us to achieve an annual output of 800,000 meters of linear guide rails that strictly conform to international standards, such as ISO 9001. Thanks to the high quality of our products, stable supply, and competitive pricing, our linear guide rails are mainly exported to Italy, Brazil, Argentina, Turkey, Australia, etc.

What Makes JSM Factory Special

High-Quality Raw Materials

We strictly inspect raw materials, rejecting any substandard ones. Our raw materials include SCM440, 304, 316L, vulcanized nylon, and vulcanized nitrile rubber. They are sourced from renowned suppliers. For instance, our plastic parts use DuPont PA66 nylon plastic, and our steel balls come from Shandong Dong'e Hai'ou Gangqiu Limited Company, a leading Chinese enterprise that supplies Hiwins as well.
Automated Equipment

Our factory has introduced a series of advanced processing equipment to provide strong support for efficient production. For example, our guide rail processing is equipped with 11 ultra-precision, intelligent, multi-sensor 3-axis grinders; the slider processing has 41 precision machining centers. These enable us to produce 1.5 million sliders and 800,000 meters of guide rails annually.
Professional Production Teams

We have a professional production team with a clear division of labor in linear guide rail and slider production. For instance, five employees straighten guide rails skillfully to meet straightness standards, and ten members use advanced tech in the processing center for complex slider processing. Professionals oversee each step to ensure high-quality products for customers.
