Our seasoned workers use advanced tools such as CMMs to inspect stainless-steel products during processing, ensuring high-precision part contours. We have formed a professional team of over ten members to oversee the entire process from raw material procurement to finished product output. They ensure product consistency, stability, and compliance with international export standards.
Rigorous Product Inspection Process

Raw Material Control
For materials such as SCM440, 304, 316L, vulcanized nylon, and vulcanized nitrile rubber, we have dedicated personnel to review supplier qualifications, and conduct physical inspections and sampling tests. JSM resolutely refuses to use inferior raw materials. -
Process Inspection
In production, we've established a strict quality inspection system. Two inspectors conduct first-piece, sampling and final-piece inspections, recording results to prevent batch problems due to parameter deviations. Meanwhile, four process inspectors set fixed inspection points at key processes to control quality, thus stopping unqualified products from flowing to the next stage. -
Finished Product Inspection
In the final inspection, two finished-product inspectors are responsible for performing a full inspection on all finished products before storage to guarantee product consistency and stability. Then, a random inspection is carried out before shipment, and only products meeting the international standards are released for dispatch.
