Engineering for Longer Life, Lower Waste
In design, optimizing linear guide/slider structures unites performance and sustainability.
Lighter Product, Lower Energy Consumption
The structural design of our HBL series products reduces the material usage by 20% without sacrificing the product's load-bearing capacity and motion accuracy. As a result, it lightens the product, reducing energy consumption.
Standardized Module Design
The linear guide system consists of standardized modules like guide rails, sliders, and end covers. With precisely-calculated interfaces, these modules allow for rapid disassembly and interchangeability, thus extending the product's lifespan and reducing waste from premature replacement.
Customized Design Solutions
TBased on customers' specific application scenarios and environmental protection needs, we customize the most suitable linear guides and sliders for higher resource utilization and lower environmental costs.

The Use of Recyclable Raw Materials
As part of our commitment to sustainability, our linear guides are made of eco-friendly materials, including high-quality 304 stainless steel and recyclable plastics, and such a sustainable approach effectively minimizes environmental impact while maintaining product performance.
-
Recyclable: Repeated reuse, significantly cutting energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
-
Long service life: Excellent corrosion and wear resistance, cutting replacement frequency, and maintenance costs.
-
Lower Emission: Effectively control waste gas, water, and residue discharge by advanced tech and equipment.
Our New Adcanced Equipment
In 2024, we replaced 11 old rail grinders with new fully-electrified ones and added 11 high-precision slider grinding machines. The new advanced equipment improves production efficiency and promotes energy conservation and emission reduction effectively.
Compared with old equipment, the new one cuts energy consumption by 47%, boosts production efficiency by 62%, and slashes equipment cumulative downtime by 84%, thus facilitating a more sustainable supply chain.
