Product Overview

The Heavy Duty Roller Linear Guide uses cylindrical rollers to provide line contact with the raceways, supporting high rigidity and load capacity in machine axes that require accurate positioning under heavy loads. The HRH square block has top mounting holes and a narrower body than the flange version, making it suitable where mounting width is limited.

The series includes CA heavy-load and HA extra-heavy-load blocks. Within the same nominal size, HA blocks have a longer body and higher catalogue load ratings.

Product Features

Four-direction load support

Four rows of rollers arranged at 45° carry radial, reverse-radial and lateral loads. Preload can be selected to suit the required rigidity and operating conditions.

Protection options for different environments

Standard protection includes end seals and bottom seals. Additional configurations include metal scrapers, double seals, or a combination of both. Specify exposure to chips, dust or other contamination when selecting the protection package.

Documented sample endurance test

The catalogue reports that an HRH35CA sample with ZA preload completed 1,135 km at 60 m/min under a 15 kN external load, with no observed flaking on the raceways or rollers. Test conditions included 1G acceleration, a 0.55 m stroke and grease replenishment every 100 km. These are sample results, not a service-life guarantee for every installation.

Application Scenarios

CNC Machining Centres and Heavy-Cutting Machines

For feed axes carrying worktables or machining assemblies. Selection should account for cutting forces, moving mass and the position of the load relative to the guides.

Injection Moulding Equipment

For guided travel of mould-handling or machine assemblies, with the configuration selected around cycle frequency, acceleration and operating loads.

Large Gantry Machine Tools

For guided movement of gantry structures and heavy assemblies. Rail spacing, block spacing and overturning moments are important selection factors.

Heavy-Duty Automation and Material Handling

For transfer and positioning units carrying substantial payloads, including layouts with off-centre loads or frequent starts and stops.

Manufactured by JSM

Zhejiang Jinshanmen Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. is a linear guide manufacturer based in Lishui, Zhejiang, China. We manufacture rails and sliders in our own 20,000 m² factory, using precision grinding equipment and CNC machining centres. Annual output across our linear guide range is approximately 800,000 metres.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, and OEM/ODM services are available. Machine builders and distributors can submit drawings and purchasing specifications for review, with special processing and quality documentation requirements agreed before order confirmation.

FAQ

Q. Can I replace another brand's guide with an HRH model of the same size?

The same nominal size does not establish compatibility. Send the existing model code and a dimensioned drawing so we can compare assembly height, hole spacing, rail geometry and load requirements before proposing a replacement.

Q. Can I order a replacement slider for a rail already installed?

Please provide the original model code and confirm whether it is an interchangeable configuration or a matched set. A slider should not be ordered solely by its nominal size. For a matched set, contact us before replacing either component separately.

Q. Can the guide use oil lubrication instead of grease?

Yes. Specify oil lubrication when ordering so the guide can be supplied without prefilled grease. For grease-lubricated guides, the catalogue recommends checking the grease every 100 km or every 3–6 months; the maintenance schedule should also reflect the operating conditions.

Q: What should I confirm before installing the guide?

A: Check the mounting-surface accuracy, shoulder dimensions, corner clearances and bolt-tightening requirements against the catalogue. The support surfaces and alignment affect installed performance; a higher preload cannot compensate for an inaccurate mounting base.
