Miniature Wide Linear Guide assemblies in the MBW series combine a wide rail with a compact recirculating-ball block for short-stroke mechanisms and small positioning platforms. The range includes standard C-type and extended H-type blocks in sizes 7, 9, 12 and 15. With assembly heights from 9 to 16 mm, these guides fit equipment that needs a broad supporting base within a limited vertical space.

Wide Rail Geometry
The widened supporting base provides moment-load capacity within a compact assembly. A single-rail arrangement may be suitable after checking the operating loads, tool overhang and required rigidity.

Gothic-arch raceways use a four-point contact arrangement to carry loads from different directions, supporting equipment layouts with changing load orientation.

Configuration Options
Specify accuracy grade C, H or P and preload ZF, Z0 or ZA when requesting a configuration. Rail lengths of 100–2000 mm and special rail machining can be reviewed against the selected model.
Material and surface-treatment options include stainless steel components and hard chrome or black chrome plating. Confirm the components covered by the selected option. End wipers are standard; bottom seals are listed for MBW9, MBW12 and MBW15, and rail bolt caps for MBW12 and MBW15. Final availability depends on the model and order specification.

FAQ
Q: 1. Can I replace another brand's guide without modifying my mounting plate?
A: Nominal size alone does not establish compatibility. Send the existing rail and block drawings, or the original model details, so assembly height, hole spacing and locating surfaces can be checked before a replacement is selected.
Q: 2. Can I buy only a replacement block for a rail already in service?
A: This depends on whether the original assembly is interchangeable or supplied as a matched set. Provide its model, accuracy grade and service condition. A new block on an existing rail should not be assumed to restore the original assembly accuracy.
Q: 3. Will I have access to the lubrication point after installation?
A: MBW7, MBW9 and MBW12 have lubrication holes in the end caps; MBW15 has a grease nipple. Check the model drawing against nearby brackets and covers before finalizing the layout, and leave access for routine relubrication.
Q: 4. Can I evaluate a trial quantity before placing a production order?
A: Contact us to confirm trial availability, minimum order quantity, sample charges and dispatch time for your chosen specification. Agree on the trial configuration first so the evaluation is relevant to the intended production order.
