Compact linear guide assemblies in JSM's EBH series combine a low mounting height with a square block design for machinery with limited installation space. The range includes sizes 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35, with SA medium-load and CA heavy-load configurations. Both configurations use top-mounted block fastening, with model-specific block lengths and mounting-hole layouts.

Low Assembly Height
Assembly heights range from 24 to 48 mm across the EBH sizes, allowing machine designers to check the guide against available vertical installation space. Block length and mounting-hole dimensions should be considered together with the selected model.

Four-Direction Load Support
Four rows of recirculating steel balls use 45°–45° contact geometry to support loads in four directions. The load and moment ratings of the selected block should be checked against the actual working load and installation conditions.

Self-Aligning Raceway Geometry
The DF 45°–45° raceway arrangement allows rolling-element deformation and contact-point movement to accommodate small mounting deviations. Proper mounting-surface preparation and rail alignment are still required for the specified installation accuracy.

Non-interchangeable EBH assemblies are available in C, H, P, SP and UP accuracy grades, with Z0, ZA and ZB preload options. Interchangeable configurations offer C, H and P grades with Z0 or ZA preload. Selection should match the required rigidity, accuracy and mounting conditions.
