Extreme environment compatibility: Can be used in low- and medium-vacuum environments with metal components.
Superior corrosion resistance: Slider, guide, balls, grease nipple, screws, and ball retainer are all stainless steel.

(3) Metal End Cap Linear Guide
All-metal components: All parts are metal; high-temperature-resistant rubber can be used for the oil scraper if required.
High-temperature tolerance: Can withstand up to approximately 150°C.

(1) Body Structure
Key components (slider, guide) undergo surface plating or passivated stainless steel treatment.
Cover plates, grease nipples, screws, balls, and retainers are mostly stainless steel.
End caps are made of special materials to ensure corrosion resistance and structural stability.
(2) Anti-Corrosion System
Comprehensive protection:Surface-plated guideway,Surface-plated slider,Stainless steel grease nipple,Stainless steel balls,Stainless steel retainer.
Compatibility: Stainless steel models fit HB15–HB35, EB15–EB25 sizes.
